Dam, I lost my FOCin keys again ( I mean really I lose them all the time)

my name is helen and im a proper little focer.

I've just heard that, on the strength of the popularity of a certain thread in Forum Garden, a well known ice cream manufacturer is about to introduce their new 2009 ice cream. They are calling it the Knickerfocer Glory ! :wah::wah:;)

Doing great myself. And my kids are doing good in school. In fact, my son and I don't think I ever told anybody here was on meds for ADHD. Turns out he had an episode at the beach and we took him off them and guess what? He's doing fantastic in school and his grades have actually gone up. I think I read something you posted or somebody else did awhile back how schools like to "label" your kid. But anyway, I'm very proud of him.

But more on the subject of your kidlets? Are they happy to be homeschooled?

Don't get me started on the labelling thing! It's great to hear that you got your son of meds. and that he is doing great - it is hard to do once the doc's get them on them - grrrr!!

My kidlets love homeschooling, it has changed our life. It's difficult to explain, no pressure, no worries, great grades, and just loving being a team :-4

We have told the doc that J is done with them and I took J in for a meeting with the doc. Personally, I think the teachers want them on meds cuz they can't control them. Between my hubs & myself, we didn't even bother telling the school that J is off them. Sorta of a test in our book and so far everything is coming up daisies. No complaints at all.:wah:
