well i am going to use my lounge to give you some personal news,

you may have read my post on a different thread regarding my stalker - well things have moved quickly.

The stalker made another threat to me this morning by company email via a colleague.I have just been an hour on the phone with the police. We are going to go over all the evidence again tomorrow, with phone and internet company involved and try to pinpoint this sad individual.

While i do not think he/she will actually carry out any threat, the mental anguish is difficult.Anyone who knows me knows that (I know i am saying this myself, modestly) i am a nice person who would help anyone, and certainly not the bitch this person is painting me as (i don't even know what i am supposed to have done to this invidual for which he is "going to make me pay", other than try to ignore him/her,

Anyway I feel sad and shaky and i could do with a hug and someone to tell me this is going to work out ok.:(

Hi LnM, Seems like you sure have found a comfy place to have your cuppa and ice cream and a good old chin wag with the passers-by! Hope you're OK, and I expect I'll be popping in again when I can smell the coffee :wah::wah::wah:

Oh Lemony, that is awful. These people need help. Of course it may be a case of mistaken identity, that they are targetting the wrong person. But that doesn't help you. Have the police given you a 'panic alarm' (which goes direct to the police control room). Well I do feel for you Lemmy, not an enviable position. I suppose nobody has an idea who this prat is, mind you he will slip up before long if he hasn't already. Obviously you are being very positive about all this, which is good. Well there is usually somebody in Forum Garden at any given time of day or night Lemmy, so don't forget we are all here for you matey when you want a chat or just some reassurance. :-6 :)

hi Gill, they haven't given me an alarm, but that is a good idea, i will ask them about it.

The creepiest thing is not knowning who it is.Probably they are nowhere near here, but sometimes when i open the front door, i think are they out there? Is it that man walking his dog past the house? The builder eating a sandwich in his van parked outside? This woman pushing a pram?

It makes you completely nervous and paranoid.

Lemon i am so sorry you are having to go through this:-4 I have felt that kind of fear before so i can understand slightly what you are feeling, although i knew who it was in my case. I truly hope you get things sorted out soon. I would advise you to badger the police about it constantly, until it is sorted.

I knew there was a problem as I felt your vibes even through this machine and told you something of that on another thread but never did I realise just how bad it was for you love. Without walking in your shoes none of us can begin to imagine what you are going through. Some years ago when i lived in London I was having poison pen letters and the police was brought in. They even said they was going to give my car a good going over. It scared me so much that when i finished work at 4am in the morning(I was a cab driver in the East End) I would have to park the car outside the back of the local police station then walk home. The police seemed to think it was a jealous neighbour. Oh boy was I glad when I moved.I have also had real agg on the internet and it really did get to me.Why are people so nasty.........God only knows love but you have to raise above these bastards babe and get on with yer life. Oh I know its easy for me to say that as your there and Im here but remember we ALL are here as said before and if you want to chat and you see we are around........and I know I speak for all on FOC..........contact us.......our time will always be yours please remember that and darlin we are all with you 100% remember that. This will get sorted I am sure of that and one day you will look back on these hard times and like most bad things that happen to us in our life you will realise that it was a bad chapter in this book of life but another lesson was learnt and helped you to be a much more stronger person and one that can laugh at saddos who know no better. You take care and dont let the pratt get to you babe.........talk soonxxxxxx

good grief, i have had an afternoon of it.

Stalker has changed tactics and has been having great fun ringing professional people, being rude to them, and pretending to be me.I have had to fend off all these complaints and persuade the people to go to the police.I do not think many of them believed it was a stalker. It sounds a bit pathetic really.I can't wait for the police to come tomorrow .Im not sure i want to go to bed tonight, please let this nightmare be over soon.

Apparently though, it's a woman - i was told by someone well the person who rang sounded just like you! :-1 Bloody hell, that's sick.

Wow. I came in to say hi and I saw the bad news. Lemon friend, I will put out special vibes that this creep will leave you alone. Fear is a special kind of mental anguish and it makes me mad that you're having to deal with this. Hang in there, what goes around comes around and this scumbag will get theirs. (((Lemon))) :-4

hello everyone, thank you for the good wishes.

Just had my meeting with the police, it took ages to show all the evidence.

They have advised, as i said, that if anyone believes they have received a prank phone call from me, they should tell the police, and they will investigate.Strangely they cannot investigate a report of someone claiming to be me, other than made by the person who received the call.So if they do report them, there will be more evidence.Meaning that i cant report these as incidents although i am obviously aware of them. The law is strange.

They looked at the personal threats and advised me to keep ignoring it, put the phone down, no email contact, and the person may get bored. But now they have all the evidence it is just a case of waiting.

I asked about safety and they said they had no proof the person was anywhere near so could not yet act on that, but they would review if anything more happens.

I said i was very worried about my professional reputation, but they said they did not think there was anything to worry about since i am giving the right advice, to call the police, and if the person who gets a prank call is unwilling to do so then it cannot have upset them that much.

sigh

someone make me a cup of tea.

Hi everyone

I am ok, hope everyone else is.

I have had a real laugh today reading some of the silly posts everyone has been writing, i guess everyone is in a silly mood because its christmas! What a friendly crowd this is!

I had some good news - I recieved some information which nearly identifies my harrasser (the person who sent it thought it was something i needed to see but didnt themselves know what it meant)I am now 90 per cent sure I know who is doing it and if it is that person I now also realise what their motive is.Things are closing in on them.I am sure this will be sorted out soon.I feel much better about things now.

Everyone have a happy Christmas!!!

hello all, decided to update my news, now this might sound funny, but given what is going on right now, it is a bit worrying.

i went to bed at 2 oclock this morning, checked the front door was locked, nothing out of place.

when i got up today i discovered that a very greasy, very tomato saucy very chewed pizza with lots of topping sliding off has been stuffed through the letter box, falling all down the door, wall, and onto the carpet.A whole one.

They arent cheap.

It just gets more bizarre.

antirrhinum;754309 wrote: This needs to be reported to the police, so that it's logged as an incident. I doubt they'd do much, if anything, about it, but at least there's a record of it. Though I can understand if /why you don't. I have had similar things happen, but to my (parked outside my house) car - 4 incidents in total. Not as scary as something put through the letterbox but I know how unsettling, to say the least, such things can be. I'd rather someone came up to me and punched me on the nose than have these random? attacks on my personal property. Having said that, I haven't reported any of this to the police myself! This kind of incident tends to get lost in translation and one risks being termed neurotic - although I'm keeping my own log.

oh don't worry, its been reported.

it's just bizarre, and not nice to clean up.
