Glitter, i am sorry for the position u r in but if u were treated in a way similar to this and u know the degradtion that u felt then u can image what M. feels. But u did not say anything about being mentally abused but ihave and my father was there and said nothing.

I would wake up of the mornings for school and dread getting out of bed knowing what was going to happen. the one time that i did report my mother to the school they called her and toldher what i said and when i got home i was taught that i should have never talked about it.

I would have given anything at that time to have been saved from that because i have tried for years ( and doing pretty good) to not treat my family like that but it is hard.

so please if u have any love or kindness for M. report it to someone. she is old enough to say whether or not she wants to live there.

As for the dad he needs to be told that if he does not do something about the situation then someone else will. but in my opionion if he knows about it and does nothing in M.'s defense then he is sending the signals to his daughter that he can not protect her.

I will keep all of u in my prayers

That is a shame Red, and I hope that you do read some of them again because most people here care about what happens to this little girl and just want to offer you support and help whatever you decide to do. Tough call for you all round - damned if you do and damned if you don't.
