I am surprised at some of the responses here, remind me never to ask you to mind my kids for me.

A debate if this is abuse or not, OK, how about degrees of abuse.

The fact though that the parent found it funny enough to stick on a video and then put it on line, takes it to another level.

They are sick, it is not funny, and I feel sorry for the kid. I wonder what else his parents do for entertainment.

This is not just child abuse, it is global abuse, we are all impacted by the thinking of these morons.

Cryst , I am glad they never had these video thingys around when me and my siblings were growing up , mam and dad (bless em ) would have been locked up and the key thrown away , know what I mean jimbo
