I only got mcdonalds breakfast twice last week and i got the breakfast burritos instead of the biscuits..plus only 1 hashround instead of two...don't want to go through withdrawal too quickly ..might get the shakes...





I have been on the exercise equipment in front of the tv at night all last week, so that's a good thing..



And I got some really good exercise over the weekend too...:sneaky:


Thats brilliant Floppy, 9 pounds is a great loss :-6

My week has been up and down lost 5 but only been to gym once :-5

Going to try harder this week :D

oh, God you remembered to post.

Well, I'm still 5'8"

I'm still 188

Tough week - husband with cancer - in-laws in the hospital - and my own pain - I didn't get much exercise in this week - finding time for a shower was a vacation.

I'll never stop trying - I'm determined to work on the frump

2 lbs isn't much to cheer about - I am very physcially limited on what I can do to work it off. 2 lbs add up - so if its only 2 a week then I need to cheer!!!!!!!

I started taking fish oil - anyone hear about it? Fish oil is suppose to help in losing weight.

Weight is such a struggle for alot of people. I'm one of those people. My weight has fluctuated so much in my life. One of the best things I did was buy a scale. I weigh every day now, at the same time every day. Some people say it's obsessive, but it's the only way I can really monitor what is going on with my body. it also helps me know when I can "cheat".

Good luck, I know it's tough but you can do it!! :-6

Actually, 2 pounds a week is the idea weight loss. It is more likely to be permanent and not go back on.
