I am a common person. When eating with the indigent,I slip in quietly and try to make them feel hopeful. When dining with the affluent, I display excellent table manners, and convincingly have them think I care what they say. I try to be gentle with the young, respectful to the old and tolerent of anyone different than me. Just an animal with well honed survival skills. Acquired by years of living on this crazy planet, that often has you feeling that your running through a jungle, chased by hungry tigers.

Weeder your eloquence is shining through again! So, I am going to go with what you've said and say ditto. Same for me. Thanks for reminding me that I am not alone on this planet.

This is a Quote from my Chiropractors Office. The question is all about the pain a person endures to correct a sublixation? I cannot believe the responses for this, now you know. There are adjustments for many areas of the body.

Didn't know that you were in pain? Matter of fact barely know you other than as a good person with Jesus behind your couch. Anyone that has The Dude hanging around the house is just around the corner from getting it together. Chiropractors? Do render a service that, although not recognized by all, is a needed part of society's medical procedures.
Which connotations of common don't you like?

I would think a person your age would have more aches and pains than myself. No pain, but some do experience pain from adjustments? Jesus will stay behind the couch, or maybe what we call Jesus is something else? What is behind your couch? :-2

A wall? Dust bunnies (mine look more like dust... Did you see that picture of the fat cat posted by buzzard?... ultra sized bunnies).
I was blessed with the knowledge that labour is a love in life. Most of my contemporaries are oblong or rotund. Still haven't quite figured out why I didn't mind being a commoner, doing manual labour, yet.
Always figured out that I could be intellectual when I couldn't tote that load anymore. I could keel over tomorrow if Big Guy came looking for me but I am thankful that He isn't as far as I know. Fortunately, I can still tote the load today. Exercise and mobility are fun. I am even thankful for the steel that is embedded in me. It's a wonderful world that we live in during our sojourn on this earth.
I feel as if I am rubbing your nose in my health but I am not meaning to do that.
Did you ever ask the guy behind the couch what his name is or do you think that that would be getting too personal?
Glad to hear that you aren't in chronic pain.
Love Ya!

Are you suggesting we are all four feet tall or that we bipeds have two extra feet we don't know about?
A human with four feet would, indeed, be uncommon.

Actually, rereading it in the daylight, I see that I expressed it badly.
The point was to have been that we quadrapeds cannot choose common or uncommon. Our designation is assigned by bipeds.
As to bias, Minks and I seem to be the gardens "token" quadrapeds.

Dang it youse guys. Muzzle it up because if you keep blabbing about this then the next thing you know the hexapods and the octopods will be demanding their say in the world of the bipeds! Leave enough alone, awready. You'll get in trouble. You'll get everybody in trouble. Ohhhh. All the extra paperwork? We'll have the SPCA and the Humane Society clamouring for our heads. Cheeseh, no wonder the world is in turmoil. Danged animals speaking out of turn. Shucks! Why I'd'a... ?
