It's enough to make you want to vote tory:eek: My local laboir MP has been deselected for the next election by his constituency party. He is threatening o force a by election. Would be interesting if he did but more likely he will hang on and collect the salary and pension benefits.

So. It won't be compulsory, but the framework will remain, and people will be "encouraged" to use it.

It *hasn't* been scrapped.

They are also reprising their attempt to track every car driver's movements to the nearest yard and to over-ride the driver's control of the car :-
