Oh this is such wonderful, wonderful news I'm so happy for the whole of your family, to BM and hubby and to you Minksy, I bet you are so proud!

he has no name, he arrived at 2:34 MST weighing in at 6lbs 6 oz, everyone is doing well.

I will be leaving in about an hour to go see the family... he has black black hair and looks like daddy, pics within the next couple days.

OH YOU GUYS.....

I told BB last nite we put a congrats thread together for her and she got all teary eyed

Baby is GORGEOUS, black black hair, loads of it, nice gorgeous complexion, he will be darker as opposed to fair skinned, he looks so much like his daddy. I held him for about half an hour while nurses attended to BB, and he slept the entire time... sooooo sweeet.

I hope I will have pics for tomorrow.

Babys name is Devlin, Stephen Jr,

He weighed in at 6lbs 6 oz

and I th ink was 43cm long

Online name huh ahahaha who knows what BBwill do ahahahaha funny though....

And as for me... NOT BEING CALLED GRANDMA

I am going to be Gee

Congratulations to you all - I'm going all mushy, I love freshly brewed babies!!

One of the best days of my life was when my grandson toddled into my shop calling 'Nan nan' for me, I just melt every time he smiles at me.

Oh Rap that is funny, Erins nurse said just that same thing when I was there last nite.... yes my daughter and I look very much alike, and the cool thing is, I am a spitting image of my mom, I think I need to take a pic of us 3 gals we get it every where we go how we all look alike

Quick update,

BB and mom still in hospital, seems Jaundice and an odd skin rash is keeping them in there longer (generally here a healthy mom and babe go home after 24 hours)

My daughter fortunately has a private room so the peace and quiet is good, she does not have to pine for her release as she watches all the new moms and babes come and go.

Dr was in yesterday and after some negotiations we can bring up Jr minks and her step sister to visit today believe me Jr Minks is making everybody crazy as she grumbles endlessly about not being able to see her little nephew.

Yay for Dr C for getting some strings pulled

No idea when my daughter will be released, they were hoping to expidite testing and results with luck tomorrow but who knows... yay medical profession.... NOT!!!!!!

Yesterdays visit was the best by far and mommy looked very good I think again this is because Dr. C was in to calm her down, and assure her it is the right thing to do by staying longer in the hospital. They brought her videos, and stuff so this will help pass the days.

And I am off not to go visit later this afternoon, loaded down with cash (as aways), womans magazines, and puzzle books for mommy.

With any luck mommy and bb are coming home tomorrow I have my fingers crossed.

Jr Minks was to see her nephew and all she kept saying is "I have never held a baby so small, so young" ahahahah Jr minks is as maternal as a submarine ahahahahahahaha

She is thrilled too.
