Thank you Arnold! I have a feeling I'll be sticking around (you'll probably have to boot me out in order to get rid of me this time.....LOL). Part of my being uncomfortable was probably, in part, my own doing - I will be participating more than I did previously. I can't expect everyone else to make all of the effort - I have to meet you guys half way and I'm more than willing to do just that!
