Yes this has happened (several times) We have all been guilty of thinking that a new member is an old member with a new name. Some old members caused a lot of grief and we at RR are as much of a family as the members of FG. We will band together to defend each other. This is one of the reasons why people felt the need to come here to see if what was being said was true. It was solidarity, however misguided it may have been. ps Trinity is a very beautiful lady by the way not a man lol

Christian Gardening Forum?? Lol. NOT!! I DID come here under the assumption that this was a Christian Gardening Forum. I even mention gardening in the Intro thread. I now know better.

I hope she will. She is actually a really terrific person who would have a lot to add to this forum. Unfortunately I don't think these wounds will heal - on either side - too many things were said in the heat of the moment. Which is so unfortunate.

Their choice. I hope that given time they will return. The intent was never to make people leave. RR is a very opinionated forum and most members have strong opinions. Being a member here at FG means that the brash side has to subside and the calmer side gets to play. It is difficult for some of to change as on RR we can say whatever we want in whatever format we want (including swearing).

We are nice people really! Just try to get to know us a bit?

Great post Wendy. And so so true! Alot of us from RR did come out of nosiness and really like it!

I wasn't siding with Elouise, Clancy, I was just saying that maybe if given another chance you will see another side to her that we do. I've known her along time. I understand your feelings and I am not saying you are right or wrong. So please don't miscontrue.

Anyway, I like this place.

What R-R sickos are you talking about, I am an R-R member, are you implying that I am a sicko. I nor any other member of RR came her spewing filth. El was upset and all she did was come to the aid of a friend, anyone here would have done the same, albeit, she may have been a little hot under the collar, but let me assure you, that is not her way. I am sure she ruffled some feathers, it has been done at our site more times than I can count. But to generalize an entire forum by what happened...well that is childish.

We, and I do include myself as part of this forum, must set aside what happened and start to see the contributions that others can bring to this place. If I am out of line and have stepped on some toes, sorry.

Angelica i apologized to Trixie today and i will say the same to you. i was very shocked and sad about the hurtful post to Valerie who certainly did not deserve it. but it is not a reflection on everyone at RR i am sure. ....i was a little 'hot under the collar' when i read it.

Yes, WB, this does happen at RR, but I have not viciously condemned anyone at RR for being someone else. I watched and waited to examine the individual. I didn't jump on the bandwagon of bloodlust as well as send private pms full of hate to the falsely accused in the efforts to 'rout' him/her.

However, seeing how the many of you have defended your friend Valerie, reinforces my position defending Swede. We're human, and we do it for our friends.

Swede, Clancy...btw... isn't here on this board, ...either. Remember that. I hope he will come back. He's a very kindhearted, good fellow who really doesn't care for witchhunts and confrontations.

Speaking of Clancy...by and by...I will say publicly to all, what a very nice member. Thank you for your very kind and sweet, very long pm, with testimony justifying your position regarding Jives.

I'm not usually unable to change to a serene calmness...WB, you know that....and even at RR, I speak calmer than most, including Rant...

The only one I know of that left, is Valerie. I'm not really sure if it was due to me, or the finding out neither BDS or I are NOT Jives.

As I said in one of the other Jives's thread, I completely understand why Valerie said those things to me...

Since I have cooled off, I said I bear her no ill will. I said the very same thing regarding Paul. It's over. At least for me. I hope for them.

One more consideration.....I have made many posts here without one containment of "poison"...I beg to invite that person to research my posts for a better understanding....I'm sorry for my earlier posts in which I defended myself and BDS...I'm sure none of you have never seen the likes of it. I'm Scottish, English and Italian and Scorpio..as I told Clancy...volatile when I erupt...and I only erupt about once a year....

Since it is my Welcome Thread..I want to thank those very nice members who have wholeheartedly welcomed me, including your Moderator...and asking me to stay.

You are all very nice people and hope to post with you.

Im almost a mommy, with my first...obviously eh Im only 19 lol.

I live with my boyfriend of 3 years(jeez thats a long time...especially for me)

We just bought a beautiful puppy. His name is Blue and hes a 6 month old Giant Malimute crossed with a Wolf.....

I enjoy cars and driving and hangin out with my family and friend...I guess thats it.

I'm still looking to see where someone as well versed in the art of, R&R verbal warfare, as, Elouise, .... and indeed you all claim to be, where the vicious attack is from, Valerie. I recall that anything said that could be construed as "verbal" head on to Elouise (knowing full well that it was she, and not Jives by this time) actually came from me, while I was toying with four or five other people, not counting, Jives who was there, but wouldn't take me on You were in the thread at the time, Angelica when I posted these

Is it true Elouise wanted to appear in the reality programme called, "I'm a colostomy bag get me out of here" ?

Now at the end of the night/morning a few regulars had PM'd me, one in a post, to say that I'd went too far , and I realised that for Forum Garden, maybe I had , even although I refrained from using expletives, so I quit, again as the purveyor of grief to others, (Jives) chose to vacate again. Personally I thought most of my posts were only mild Glaswegian taunts....but I chose to write a few PM's to some, and I included, Elousie in amongst them, and I offered genuine apologies.if they were hurt by them....all except Jives, naturally.

These unabated attacks from Valerie, to Elouise, that I can't seem to find anywhere, were they worse than my remarks? Did they approach anything like mine? after all, I did insinuate that Elouise was a colostomy bag....did, Valerie? I'd like to see and judge some of these remarks for myself. The reason I'm asking is this. I want to know what wound up a hardened veteran of R&R so much. Why I'm asking is that, I know a few people in a Scottish forum that are complete reptiles, on-line, and off. They are "actual" brawlers. If I take on board what was said to Elouise , by Valerie ....will it impress these guys? who are actually, bona fide hard cases, or am I going to make a swift exit,with calls of...... ...."You, get yourself to f***k out of here with that, p*ss !!" .... ringing in my ears?

No offence, but, I'm a bit flumoxed now. Is it possible, Elouise had herself a ball on different threads ranting away in here, irrespective of what, Valerie said to her, just to impress you guys? Was she taking on, Valerie, to play to the gallery? I could be wrong of course, but, there's been a call to see these so called, unabated vicious attacks. It would certainly take me off the beta blockers for a day. I'd like to see for myself what exactly put a bee in Elouises , bonnet. If it's that good that it wound up one of, R&R finest, there must be a soft underbelly that someone like Valerie found, who's never brawled in her life, might hopefully pass on to me. I might be able to use it next time I come out the pub in Renfield Street, when some wanker thinks I'm a mark, or am I going to do what I usually have to do, nut him.... then leg it.?
