This is the only list Betty...prompted by Ravens thread....I'll have to print if off when I go home....weeder tells me she sleeps as if she's in a coma....but I'll get her some ear plugs just in case...my husband used to tell me I snored when we shared a bed...now we don't share, he's not troubled.......

With all the walking, something for blisters will be needed....

And I am travelling down to London on train, next Friday, then catching the tube to the other side of London, to catch my final train to Raven's place. I'm hoping to get there by about 5pm ish on that Friday, and boy will I be tired!!

Dunno! It shouldnt be too bad! This is a special little place off the beaten track. You will really be pleased with it! LOL! Kind of reminds me of fawlty towers!

Hehehe you know that was my first thought when I first saw the picture of the main entrance! :wah: It does look like a really nice hotel, and I am really looking forward to staying there, though of course if we can help it I won't be there too long, as I will be far too busy with all of you!!



If they aren't usually too busy, then I wonder how they took all of these sudden reservations being made at around the same time.

Well time for me to head off, and when I will be back it will be down to only 8 days until the big event, doesn't time fly bye huh!!!

Actually they get REALLY busy at the end of may. Cause we have the air show down here. It's usually where the red arrows stay. But they are touring out of country so they wont be here this year!:(

A little hint to prevent blisters, if I might, get some stuff called moleskin,

not sure if you guys have it there, and put it on BEFORE walking. Don't

try to do it after, it will be really painful. But if you have an idea where

you might rub a blister, the moleskin really works great. I put a patch on

the back of my foot, lower down ankle just above the heel. (Crikey, a

piccie sure would help!)



Anyway, please, all of you, do what you can to share your joy, okay?

London can be expensive for visitors - the best value I know in London is the Whippet Inn round the back of Victoria Bus Station for £10, but that might be a bit downmarket for people not used to the ambience.

I was in a three-way video chat with Snooze and a strange guy logged in as Kurly the other night. I thought I was being slighted when she reduced the size of my window, but I got over it when I saw her shorten Kurly's.

I really should get out more, messaging here is having an odd effect.
