BR,you should know that Raven came from a Hartrick client. We went to their house together to pick her up (in the Sunbird!). They were going to have her put down because she ripped their screened in porch to catch a squirrel. They didn't know that Border Collies are not lazy porch dogs. Raven is 11 years old now and is still as active as she was when she was one.

Cross came from Hartrick too. Cross was the basement tenant of an apartment building, then brought to the clinic and nobody would adopt him and Dr. Witt approached me one day and said that if he was not adopted out by the next day that he would be putting him down, so I took him home.

I probably took a dozen animals from the clinic and found many good homes for them. The fancy mice were the biggest mistake! lol

I remember. For a while we weren't sure what was going to happen with Raven.

I remember the story with Cross, too. How people could have passed up that cat is beyond me. He's such a lover!! Still as cross-eyed as ever?

Damn, I think you guys will be out here for the wedding before we can get out to the farm. But this summer, I PROMISE, we will ride out to your place.
