Bez wrote: No...I think Twiggy is just lucky and of course money buys you the time and products to pamper yourself daily.....sunbeds, massage, nail treatments, pedicures, hairdressers, personal trainers etc, etc. No hope for us hard working souls that only have weekends to ourselves....and we have to spend that time doing the chores etc.

I'm not moaning .... we just live in a different (real) world.
At least we dont have the harsh makeup and lights on us to age us pre-maturely! Those folks have a shelf life of maybe 15 years before they have to resort to plastics. Have you seen Joan Rivers? She has so much botox injected, she could start the next bio-plague!

Jocelyn Wildenstein.....aged 58

Jocelyn Wildenstein, or "Tiger Woman," is a wealthy American woman who is seen in the tabloid press frequently due to her extreme plastic surgery. Her extreme appearance has led to the press giving her the nickname "The Bride of Wildenstein," a reference to The Bride of Frankenstein. She lives in New York City.

She is known to have received lip, cheek, and chin implants, along with a face lift and eye reconstruction to 'improve' her looks after her husband, Alec Wildenstein, a successful art dealer, left her for another woman.

This is what she looked like when she was younger

Hello, my sisters and brothers!

I also have those laugh lines around my eyes and some silver in my hair. I have a nice slightly round womanly figure, which hubby likes to touch.

I do write alot of notes to help remember stuff and be more organized.

I move slower and more deliberately.

I listen more than talk.

I am more patient. Certain things touch me still, like children singing, a red sunrise, or memories of loved ones who have passed away.

I am 55 and I don't know how many years I have left on this earth. But you can believe that I try to enjoy and cherish as many moments as I can.

I feel beautiful because I am loved.;)

Apparently "she" sees no reason for sueing her PS, as "She" thinks she's now beautiful in her own eyes. And I guess that's what counts to her, what she thinks, not what others think. :-2

I'm 50 years old.......I am aging not badly ...but I am not aging in a good way.

DANG....I am just getting older and what makes MY life worthwhile is a mate that is my age and goes through this with me.......We have the same physical afflictions......... the same waking problems......need coffee.......need breakfast........need lunch within 5 hours......need dinner within 7 hours.

The way to good health is to eat 5 times within waking and sleeping time.

OK ......everyone jump on me.

I'm 34 and I have a little bit of grey in my hair on my right temple,....................well, that and the rheumatism, and piles, the carpal tunnel syndrom, the polyupesia, the failed liver, the broken jaw, and the other things.

Other than all that, I'm perfect.

Jives wrote: I'm pretty lucky, Swedish and Norweigan genes are rather hardy. I still have lots of thick blonde hair, with only a couple of stray grey ones at 45. I have a few "Clint Eastwood" lines at the side of my eyes, and despite being in the sun for most of my life, I have pretty good skin. (I always, always use a good suntan lotion, with aloe vera gel for any burning)

Not overweight, (I don't have time to eat) very active, (I teach day school, night school, and summer school ) and I never go outside without sunglasses so my eyes are still good.

So when people card me for buying beer, they usually tell me, "You sure don't look that old.":o
Oh good for you! :-4

You're right Snooze, I don't think she's that pleasant to look at either. But she most likely would tell us, if you don't like it don't look at me! Can't argue with that.
