Far--while I understand how you feel not wanting to post here and being tired of all the crap, I also know if I were in Clancy's shoes, I would not let it go. If someone were to pubicly smear my name, then I would publicly want to know why. I'm not taking sides here, I just do not see why Clancy should be the one to have to back off.

I would love to see this all just go away. Thread after thread about it all just gets plain boring.

But you are. By asking Clancy to let it drop, more than once, makes it appear as though HE is at fault. You're singling him out. I'm not trying to be smart here, Far, but you're not the posting police and no one should be made to feel that their stance on a topic is harmful, and that's the impression I get. I don't believe that you were involved in this whole mess at all. It was between a select few, who are working it out or agreeing to avoid each other.

As for tearing the forum apart...not gonna happen. Too many good, forgiving, understanding people here, too many FRIENDS, for that to happen.

I will continue to comment for each time Clancy is "chastised" for trying to make things right and stand up for what he believes. He should be allowed that freedom without condemnation by other members.
