You got it man. Wasn't that a rich era for music. Sam Cooke, Joe South, Ivory Joe Hunter, Jackie Wilson, so many great songs and singers.

I worked with a guy so predjudiced he would not listen to any black singer. He lost so much. It was his loss. This guy would not even consider any music unless it was "country" and it better not have a drum in it or it was not country. I think really he did not like much but bluegrass.

I grew up listening to Fats Domino and Chubby Checker and Little Richard and The Platters. Of course there were good white singers and groups too. I loved Buddy Holley and The Big Bopper and Freddy Fender, oops, not white. Jerry Lee Lewis and Elvis of course.

Parting is such sweet sorrow, I shall say goodnight until tomorrow!

I have heard some pretty good blues singers right here in OKC down in Bricktown. The Biting Sow had some pretty good ones.

I recall one guy singing about how him and his girl had a heated round of sex and she asked him to to it again. He said "baby we can never do that again, but give me few minutes and we will do something similar"

I got back alot from the feds, have to pay the state about $300-it was better then I thought.

Thank goodness for medical deductions, but I almost fainted when I did the spreadsheet on the nursing expenses for the year(actually, the teachers at school did it for me, I was afraid to look)-I could have bought a nice new car with that amount! Think of it, a new car every year...................
