doesn't it suck!

if I wake up, I come on here for around 15 minutes, whatever was on my mind...goes away.....and I can fall back to sleep.

don't stay in bed when your mind is wide awake, 30 minute t.v. show will also relax the mind, or better yet, reading.

Who is the other guy on the Travel channel that eats that weird sh*t? Like fried cockroaches, sauteed mice, I mean really? Who would eat that stuff in the US or anywhere else? Everytime my hubs puts it on I have to leave the room but it is funny to listen to Quin freaking out.:yh_rotfl
