it is wet out. for 2 years we have been trying to get the parish/county to pave or fix our road. it is one big mud whole:-5:-5

Actually, this am I made scrambed eggs & scrapple for my 3 younger kids and had enough left over for myself when outta the blue my older daughter says "can I have some"?:mad: There went my brekkie.:-5

While leaving the grocery store, I saw a car back into my truck! The person tried to keep on going but I left my cart and ran after the car. I got the plate number and called the police. How can you hit someones car/truck and just keep on going like nothing happened :-5

i understand both sides. we managed. 4 apartments for awhile. Both sides. do wrong. i am just talking about landlords who collect rent, and fix nothing. That is why we quit. the owner never fixed anything. and we were the ones who took the blame from the tennets.

yes we had pigs to clean up after too. one time. some couple left a whole frezer full of meat. had the lights turned off. so we had to wait a week to go in to clean. OMG!!!!! the STENCH. So i do know both sides.

when we rented, their famous line was, I will fix it, no problem!

and never did!

it could literally take months to get something done, it was like they just could not be bothered, slackers is a light term we used to use!:-5:-5

but when it came time for the rent, boy they hopped on that the day before it was due!:sneaky:

-we used to have lazy landlords, took them forever, they just didn't care if people were cold, call your 'board of health', after your landlord hears from them, it will be immedately fixed!

Well, my groceries came finally, so I stuffed my face. The heater got fixed about mid afternoon. My back feels better now. So,my mood changed from "don't f**k with me" to a more mellow "grab a beer, sit down and shaddup".:wah:

Weather report just issued a winter storm warning from now until tomorrow afternoon. We could get up to a foot of snow by the time the storm blows out of here. It's great for the ski resorts in my area but I just hate digging out and trying to drive in the snow :-5

EEEK :-2 it was in the low 50's here today and windy. been away from real winter conditions for so long. Don't think me or my JOINTS. Want to live through a long winter anymore. but in July when i am MELTING. I will wish for cool weather;)

we had the first cool summer this year, normally here its 30C and that is without the humidity Toronto is so well known for.

everyone complained at what a cool summer we had..........I didn't, I loved it!

oh god hun, that is exactly the same as our temps, 100, some days I don't even go out.....at nightime its even worse...cannot even sit outside!:-5
