Well its been really hot today but we have had some hot gale winds.

Hubby has gone away today to my daughters place for a week :sneaky::D

I played the link of your singing to my friend last night Carolly... they were as impressed as I was and said to tell you she thinks you're fab!!

Morning All

Blackpool was absolutely fab.

We had the most gorgeous sunny day, shorts and t-shirt and paddles on the beach...

We went on a Blackpool tram up to the tower, and got a horse and cart back to South Pier. Tried to just go up the Blackpool tower but you have to buy a £17 ticket now which gives you access to all other different shows and rooms and attractions but we were going to the fair afterwards and couldn't afford both..Wrist bands for the fair are £30 for adults and £25 for children, then you ride all day. As it was such a nice day, it was packed and the queues were long but we had a great time. My bloody camera..grrrr...took a whole new pack of batteries for it as its always eaten them, on the way there, I put the batteries in ready, go to take a pic, says battery low, wtf???..So as I had a pkt of 4 and it only takes 2, I added the other two and it said battery low again and turned off. I paid £180 for this camera so it isn't cheap crap..Anyways I took a couple of pics on my phone but its not good on the rides as the zoom distorts the pic a bit, I tried to take pics of the lights but then my phone battery started dying, I got a couple though. God knows how they turn out. The illuminations were absolutely fabulous.

ah:wah: i always think its a pity we dont get more better weather here it would be lovely to sit out in the garden with my coffe on a quiet early morning more often

We didnt get home till 11.30pm and the kids slept on the way home so were super hypher. Didnt get to bed till 1.45am and little critters were awake at 7am:-5

So im knackered, so dont expect much out of me today:D

You should have told them they were going on one last ride just after you'd tucked 'em in Chezzie and needed to secure them into there bads for their own saftey..... you could have had a lovely morning and untied 'em say... ummmm.... around 11 ish!....

Yeah, im all wacked out, hope hubby is planning to cook a roast today, will ask him once he is out of the pit:-5 Sleep through a earthquake that one..Wish I wasnt such a light sleeper..

I forgot to get the meat for todays lunch:wah: but i have big pack of lovely skinned chicken breasts so they will do, although poor sheila is gonna miss out on her sunday roast scraps:rolleyes:

Hi all ! Yes I'm still around -- just ! Had an awful week so far, so am hoping things improve, the sooner the better ! I suppose it could be worse grrrrrrrrrr. Bit like 'Groundhog day' at the moment. :-1

Kay, hope hubby has an OK week chuck.

Scouse, I'm a bit of a night person, but I love the occasional early morning - you watch everything waking up ! :-6

Kaz it sounds like your Auntie is a bit lonely. Shame it seems to fall on you most of the time.

Hello Foc'ers:-4 Hope all are well. It has been a very wet, stormy last few days. My home is so damp and the air is saturated with moisture.....We need the sun:-6 Geeze, I hate the thought of winter coming. I'll have to put on my long face

forgot the rock, got some donuts but they were horrid, dead greasy and I binned them
