same here Carol. Twice today whilst i was using internet explorer but now ive changed to google chrome browser its fine...

you know with Vista if you hover your curser over the bottom task bar, it shows the site or application your using as a small pic, their called thumbnails.

Also google chrome puts a gold border around this post box, do you have that?
