My BIL passed away this morning..he died a slow shocking death but he has now found his wings and is at peace.:-4 I am so sad i loved him so very much and my sister has lost her beloved soulmate -1:-1 REST IN PEACE :-4

Dont know how I am going to get through the next few days, usually I am a strong person but I got no sleep last night with Meline and then I went shopping and she cried all the time then I got the phone call:( Meline is very unsettled...besides having the silent reflux she has trouble with wind, poor little cherub:-4

Anyways I managed to get myself some new clothes...didnt try them on so hope they fit :-2

ahhhhhhhh hun, its tough when they don't sleep, and you now need yours.

You will get through this believe it or not........ try and go to bed early every night now to try and catch up, and any afternoon she is resting, grab some naps there also, you will need your strenght:-4

Kay my son had reflux really bad when he was a bub.

An old midwife told me to sit him up & feed him it worked for the wind.

Can't hurt to try :-4

I have reflux, never lie down with it! The pain intenses and is excuriating, sitting or better yet standing releases the pressure.

I sit her up to feed her and her bassinett is elevated and she is on reflux formula....think its the wind thats bothering her now

bank holiday saturday 10-15am and the sun is still shining :-2 must be some sort of record !!

loads of traffic about, just hope we are busy, could certainly do with it to keep us afloat here a bit longer,

its after this weekend i have to start worrying about my future and if i have a home and job to continue with.

long story............. i live where i work, boss's son and girlfriend live above me, their shower leaks every time they use it,

it got so bad yesterday my room got partially flooded, they saw what was going on and still continued to use the the shower, but they waited til id gone out with the dog so i came back to wet bedding and mattress then at midnight, they did it again so that was five showers they had between them yesterday !!!!!!!!!!

as i speak now, they are having the 6th one in less than 18hrs !!!!!

Kay I'm so sorry to hear this. Although it was expected it, it is still such a terrible shock when it is somebody you were so close with. It's the ones he leaves behind, that feel the pain now. Your BIL is now at peace and free from all that awful pain, and I suppose that in itself is a blessing. Kay you'll get through, you are a special person. I send as much strength as I can to you and your family, and I am thinking of you. (((((((((((( KAY ))))))))))))

Hi everybody ! Hope you're all OK ! Not got much time left on here now - it's only 30 min PC. unless I can fiddle something :-3

Had a good day on the beach yesterday, nice sunny day - rained in the night though grrrrrrr

It was my first visit to the beach since coming here !!!! weather so grotty, just not been worth going down, even though we have a beach hut !! I'm typing this in the library, there are twelve PCs and 8 of them are occupied by kids playing either music through headphones and jigging about like dirvishes, or else they are playing games !!! It is very off- putting to say the least, and I shall have a word with the staff, and see what the ruling is. After all these kids must have PCs at home, surely - most of the kids have a Norfolk accent !

Anyway hope you're all playing nicely in FOC while mummy is away got 2 mins left, so I'll post this. Take care all of you :-4

Oh dear Gill:wah:stop being such an old grumpy boots!! Im sure the kids are allowed to use the computers, and at least while they are doing that they are not getting up to mischeif elsewhere:rolleyes:

The point I omitted to make was that they were all being flamin noisy !! I wouldn't have minded at all, except I think they thought that they were still at home, and could shout across to each other, and shriek if one of them was 'killed' in the game ! :-5 :p

sitting here in the remnants of a flooded room again. got boss and son in here to see the damage this time. he is now supposed to be taking floor boards up to see where its coming from but he's taken girlfriend to work and has not come back yet !!! mean while im sitting on the frame of a metal bed cos me mattress is outside drip drying !!!

to say im joining gill in the " grumpy boots " seats at the moment is an understatement............................

so here i am, a nice hot cuppa and two ham rolls, dog is walked and fed so im a happy bunny again.:-6

have you tried deleting files, folders,pics etc. that you never use?...............and tons of programs I had uploaded and never used.

I had no idea what was on my years ago, was shocked to see how much I deleted............then it ran more faster.

but also in deleting anything, at the end, it has to be deleted from your 'recycle bin', otherwise it hasn't been completed deleted.

we have had a nice cool summer, this heat is norm for Toronto, this usually starts in April and goes through until September, so its been a nicer place this year to live in!

watchin the x factor now, im a bit naughty cos i only watch the first few programmes when the funny ones are on, when they get down to the serious stuff, i dont bother :rolleyes:
