Hi all xxxxxxxxxxxxx Hi Chris! nice to see you here:D

i have had the very exciting job of ironing all morning lol yuk! Anyway im all done now so time for me:D

I forgot to tell you all yesterday, while we were at the caravan my daughters boyfriends brother was called in to hospital for a lung transplant, ( both of them) he has Cystic Fibrosis, well he has been called in quite a few times over the years but either the lungs were'nt good enough or he wasnt well enoug, but this time the op went ahead!!! I am over the moon for him and his family, i know they must be still terrified hoping it all takes ok and he is still in intensive care at the mo, his brother hasnt even been allowed to see him yet. But omg this is his chance for a new life!! Im sure they have also spared a few moments to think of the person those lungs came from, whoever it was has a family grieving, and i think they of all people will have an idea of what they must be going through. this transplant will not only save his life, but change it dramatically.

well im off to get mesel a cuppa now, have a great day everyone:yh_hugs Kaz.

Thanks Chris, its been hard for him especially the last few years as he is arond 26 now i think, so the op was desperately needed.

I can imagine! Do you have any idea how long it will be before his family can see him, and he will be able to move around a little?

his mam and dad have been allowed to see him and i think he has now been taken off the ventilator. Apparently they had a very hard job getting his old lungs out, and they had actually given him an epidural when he woke for the pain. they cant give him any more thought so just strongest pain killer possible i spose,,, maybe Morphine?

Ah I see, must be really hard for them all at a time like this, but fingers crossed that this op will have been a big success for him. I'm sure it will be noticable, in a positive way, during his life!

Ive just got in from a morning of selling...............gawd theres some tight gits about............its just started raining so we were lucky. Blimey it ain't to warm either.Im off soon to the warehouse in London and for a meal out.For those of you that was wondering about BooBoo ..........its not good news. the tumour was malignant and a rapid one at that. Shes sitting here with me now....so happy......so carefree.....it breaks my heart.All I can do is do what I can for her and one thing is for sure,no way will I let her suffer just to take the pain away from me.We do tend to do that at times as our hearts are so full of pain for our pets that we try to hold onto them as long as we can.I have been guilty of this more than once and I cant and wont ever do that again.When the suffering begins it will be time for little BooBoo to see her little mates again.................

Anyway I had better be off now guys. Hope you all have a nice evening and if you dont...............oh go an do yer knitting or something:p:wah:Love to everyonexxxxx
