sounds like here, last few weeks were -20C

at least we have salt trucks, not sure why you don't have them there?

Basically because of penny pinching and lack of foresight. The street bins have been empty for years with only the odd exception in the better neighbourhoods. Even so, when we had the ice last week, even the salt trucks couldn't get out.

I have tried chocolate beers and I can't say I like them. Which means you don't have to hide your double chocolate stout from me. :D
