You could try a twist on a Cosmopolitan and sub the vodka for orange rum as follows:

Chill a martini glass

Pour equal parts orange rum, cranberry juice, and triple sec (if you're feeling extra sparky, sub Malibu or pineapple rum) into a shaker over ice. Empty the chilled martini glass, strain into glass, and enjoy!

Also, this one is really decadent:

Chunky Monkey Martini

Chill martini glass, pour equal parts banana rum and Godiva chocolate liquor into strainer over ice. Shake. Empty martini glass, swirl chocolate syrup into the bottom and along inside to taste. Strain shaker into glass, top with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips or sprinkles! YUM YUM RUM!!!:D

Here's one for you, Mustang, it's an old favorite around here!

Irish Car Bomb

Pour 6-8 oz of Guinness into a pint glass (depending on your taste and drinking ability). In a 2 oz shot glass (or 1 1/2 since 2's are usually hard to find) pour equal parts Bailey's original and Irish whiskey (i.e. Bushmills, Tullamore Dew, etc.).

Carefully place the shot glass into the pint glass (unless they're both plastic) and CHUG!. Enjoy!

It's called a Duck Fart (I'm serious!!)

Layer equal parts Canadian Whiskey, Bailey's, and Kahlua in a shot glass and drink! Or chill over ice in a rocks glass!! Have fun!:D:D
