Dearest Chezzie,

When I am putting a bra on, I put the "boobie holders" up against my boobs, and put my arms through the straps, reach back and fasten the bra.

I do sometimes wear the fastenless type when exercising or doing work around the house, they are a bit less ummmm well they are more comfy, but don't really "lift" the girls very well....:D
