We have one very special place, its 3 ponds connected by a winding river..its all lit up with lanterns, music is piped in, overhead foot bridges a warming house and a big outdoor fireplace. Its a mile and a half one end to the other, really cool place at night.

awesome, my parents live in a lovely community that has a small man made lake, they clear the perimeter with a zambonie and it is lit by moonlite. In the park around the lake they have tons of christmas lights as well as a small skating rink and a huge fire pit. I am dying to take the beau skating, very romantic and he has only been 1-2 times.
