Hello all:-4

Can't believe that June is almost over...:-5

Nice and quiet at the beach this week. Although next weekend will be insane at the beach....thousands of bennys will be here....you have to walk to get around:thinking:

Just make sure you leave your car out front Kathy Ellen. You know what it's like as they will snatch up your spot in a jiffy.:wah: and you'll end up having to park a block away.

Hiya Ducky !! We're just having a really heavy downpour of rain at the moment ! It is just as well that it was decided to have a cuppa before Chris and Andy took the dog out for a walk. They would have been caught in the middle of this and got drenched ! There is clear weather following on shortly though, so they'll be able to go then. :-6  :D

Hi Kathy ! Ducky's quite right about parking the car out front. This happens in England as well --- people park anywhere and everywhere they can, and quite often across the entrance to your drive (cos they're idiots). :-5 :driving:

This happened to us once. Hubby and I were driving two separate cars and came home to find an idiot parked in front of the driveway, so we parked as close to the car as possible. The moron would not be able to get out of the spot unless he hit one or both of our cars. We then proceeded to sit on our front porch and wait for said moron to show up and when he did, he started cursing about "idiots parking so close to MY car" and with that my hubby stood up and said "you blocked OUR driveway adn I could have called the cops on you but decided to save you the ticket". The guy apologized and we moved the cars. He never parked there again.:wah:

Fascinating when that happens, because the water that landed on the roads just steams off as soon as the sun appears again! :-6:cool:

Kay, I am so sorry you hurt so much, that is no fun particularly when it keeps you awake - have you had a check up at the docs ?

Hi K.S - nice to see you here sunshine. Glad you are giving somebody a justified run

Hi there Hope !

Hi Ally !

Hi Chezzie wezzie !

Chez, don't be too busy today - it's Sunday Mrs !!

Hi Kaz, I enjoy your journal Mrs :wah: Oh and Hope, the 'budgie' is not a very big bird, about 4 - 5 inches, different main colours - green, yellow, blue. They can also be good 'talkers' although not as good as the 'Minah' bird.

Hope Carol is doing better at her market today :-3

Hi Gill and Ducky,

That happens to me all the time during the summer. People park 1/2 of their car across my driveway and I can't get my car out. You get tired of calling the cops since many people do it. I try to park my car in front of my house and people knock on my door and ask if they can pay to park in my driveway:wah::wah:
