hello guys,

this is the first time i've been able to get on here cos my eldest dosnt have the internet and i was hoping to borrow her neighbours but she had visitors !!

everything went well, only 2hrs from being taken down to theater to waking up back on the ward.

i had 14 metal clips and a drain put in place and by tues morning it was like nothing had happened. friday morning they took it all out and i was at the eldests by 12-30.lunch time.

im on calcium tablets and 50mgs of thyroxin for life now,

im already feeling so much better BUT this could be due to the fact i've been away from those bloody spuds, been waited on hand and foot by the hospital and caught up on some much needed sleep.

im off to the docs with me letter from the hospital and no doubt more ruddy bloods tests too.

the downside is my voice is still pretty hoarse, if i get tired or try to hold any longish conversation, it goes altogether.

I CANT DRINK TEA :-2:-1 without sounding like im an asthmatic 100 cigs a day camel and i cant bring any wind up so got chronic indigestion.

i see you've got past the 27000 post and i havnt got time to read back 10 days posts so i hope everyone is well and nothing too drastic has happened while i've been away. xxxx:-4

im off for the rest of this week what ever happens !! and going back to me eldests, hopefully tomorrow. to be honest i didnt realize how much i missed havin the kids around me until this week. i saw my youngest grandaughter on sunday and it shocked me how much she had grown and is now on the verge of being able to stand up, with the use of a chair or something to hang onto. she could barely sit up last time i saw her !!

i really have got to give myself a good kick up the bum and do something about it.

You have had an operation and you could cause damage lifting heavy stuff! Carol i need to replace me phone cos its crap ok:-5 i know i can change to anything, i was just saying i cant get one of those where you just get a sim and put it in your existing phone cos my one is crap anyway and needs replacing.

right now,, at the top left of the home page click on my settings,,, then at the left hand side of the page click on Pictures and Albums,,, it will bring your albums up,,, top left of your albums it says add album,,, click on that ,,, then name your album and click submit ,, then then it will show the link to uplaod pics

Ohhhhh I know yer phones crap you told me:wah:I said in a post somewhere that if you work it out at the end of the day it must be cheaper to BUY a new one so not only can you save money in the long run....you will get a better deal.These contract deals Kaz now I realise all it means is yer paying off for the phone as well as the calls and thats why if you work out 300 mins and 300 text at 15 quid its so much cheaper then even pay as you go and no contract cause the phone is mine:DChris has the same deal with Virgin but he pays 25 quid cause he got a phone with it BUT his contract expires next month so his getting the same deal but for a tenner less as his changing his tariff to mine.His had that contract for a year so has in actual fact payed 120 quid for his phone.....would have been cheaper for him to go and buy one but this new deal wasn't about then.Still his happy he will be saving a tenner a month and getting the same as he is now:DJust worked it out...Im paying 2 AND A HALF P a minute and the same for a text!!!!!......GOOD OR WHAT!!!!!:guitarist:D

I always fake it too sometimes when I'm not feeling good. Purposely go into a checkout where they have somebody bagging groceries. Of course, when I was pregnant, they would put it in the car for me. Darn, I wish they would have come home and emptied the car and put it away.:wah:
