The other garden was even bigger we had there but was not so private and also since then they have made people take their fences down and it would have been terrible because of the dogs........our new plot is so secluded and also although we have parts of it fenced off (took it off the tip there what they had dumped lol) they leave us alone as we are at the back of the site and also cause we had to put up with alot last year with them dumping earth near us on the site and I made them screen it off and have insisted they leave the fence there until it is landscaped........its all overgrown that bit now and looks ok but I aint telling them lol and its so handy cause of the dogs so schhhhhhh:wah:;)

I've never heard of those, Carolly, but they sound amazing. Which reminds me of another English delicacy - mushy peas!!! And peas pudding. You can actually get the first in Australia, occasionally, in special delis. The second, I haven't served for a long time but remember it goes nicely with pickled pork or baked ham. I used to cheat by buying a can of solid type pea soup and carving it.. grin.

Sunny Sunday here and I'm heading out to walk by water... as one does

:sneaky:Its called Pease Pudding Pam...Mushy Peas is a Northern fing...we dont really have them here.....up North they have it with Fish an Chips.

Marrowfat peas have many different uses around the world. In the UK they are traditionally used for canning, or as many of us would recognise them, mushy peas with fish and chips. The better samples are normally exported to the far east where they are used as snack peas. This is a completely different market to the UK and the specification varies greatly from country to country and customer to customer;)

Pleased you came to say hello:-4

Hope you feel better soon:-4

Hello to everyone on this lovely Sunday,I am listening to the football & supposed to be getting my tax papers in order. End of the financial year coming up.

Plenty of bloody mess in this office & no order what so ever.

Two weeks to go & school hols will be here looking forward to that.

Nice sunny day today but the wind is cold, not as cold as you get it I guess but cold anyway.

Have a good one & here is another poem for all of you,you are good people:-4

Friends Without Faces

We sit and we type and we stare at our screens,

We can't help but wonder what all of this means.

With mouse in hand ...we roam through this maze,

On an infinite search...lost in a daze.

We chat with each other, we type all our woes

At times we'll band together to gang up on our foes.

We wait for somebody, to type out our name

We want recognition, but it is always the same.

Soon friendships are formed - but - why we don't know,

But some of these friendships, will flourish and grow.

We give kisses and hugs, and sometimes we'll flirt,

In IMs we chat deeply, and reveal why we hurt.

Why is it on screen, we are so easily bold,

Telling our secrets, that have never been told.

The answer is simple, it is as clear as a bell,

We all have our problems, and need someone to tell.

We can't tell real people, but tell someone we must

So we turn to our 'puters ...and to those we can trust.

Even though it sounds crazy...the truth still remains,

Most of my "friends" have no faces...and odd little names.
