I've been investigating Youtube, and finding all sorts of songs I used to sing in the band! One that I couldn't find when I looked before, has made an appearance, so I must have missed it somehow. Cilla Black song 'If I thought you'd ever change your mind'................. gawd, I remember that I had to transpose the music half an octave lower for me, a right hassle, so Brett on the organ could play it in the right key for my voice ! :-5:wah:

Well there were a lot of good songs around in the 60's and early 70's - Good melody lines. Don't seem to get them like that very much at the moment.
It's blowing an absolute hooligan here. Stuff keeps being blown around all over the place, it must be gusting at over 40 mph !! It's bloody cold as well. How's it where you are Carol, and are you marketing tomorrow ? :-3

Do you have Serious Radio over there? We have it in our truck. Although my hubby love the 70's, kids can't stand it. Not a big fan either. I love the 80's though.

Well a garage not far from us put the petrol right up to £9 a gallon ffs!!! I hope that when the prices stabilise, and things get a bit more sane, that the regular customers of that particular filling station go else where - what a bloody scam !!!! Anyway thank gawd they've settled things.
On the news tonight they said that gas and electric will probably go up by 40% before the year end !!!!! Now I've got to think what I can reduce, finance wise, so we can get heating when we want it. The trouble with this house is that we have no open fires, it's all central heating by gas, and that needs electric to work the pump for the radiator circulation. Bloody deep joy innit !!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Hello Carol:-4
Sirius radio is commercial free satellite radio that you have to pay for. I have XM radio in my car that I pay for. One day they might merge. It's also great radio to listen to because it's not censured. I'm thinking about getting it in my home also as I can't stand our talk radio on our local stations:-5
Thank you soooooooooooooo much for your hello email...how sweet it was...didn't realize that it had attachments until I looked again...adorable:-6

Hiya each !!!! XXX :-6
Well the wind has eased off a bit ! The sun is out, kids are all in school now, people have gone to work. A neighbour down the road from us ( a very nice chap) died suddenly two nights ago, leaving an estranged wife, five step-children and one son of his own. He was only 59 ! This morning a young lad about 13 from acrosss the road was carted off by ambulance at about 8.30 am, not sure whether he had an accident in the home or something else.
Gawd it's all happening here this week !! I think I am going to be very careful
