I'm not banned, I've been given a warning (worth one point !) - an infraction. I suppose if I keep being naughty and offering a legitimate opinion on a regular basis, I may get more infractions, more points against my name, THEN I may get a ban

Trouble is, some members, who will remain nameless, can be as rude, sarcastic and belittling as they like and there is no come-back ! Hey, so what, I'm really past caring.

One person just seems to have more say than others,as usual.

Thanks for all the well wishes yesterday:-4

I came home from school with a shocking headache.

We plugged in one of those electrical room fresheners for various reasons

I think being shut up in the room & having the heater going gave me the headache.

I actually think it may have been a migraine as I felt sick to my stomach & had to wear my sunglasses even though it was a very cloudy day.

My head is sore this morning .

Does anyone here suffer from migraines.

God I am a bloody whinger.:wah:

Hope everyone is is fit & well today & if you aren't have a hug from me:-4:-6

Poor you mrsK, I know how dreadful migraines can be, although I haven't had one since my teens, but I can certainly sympathise with anybody who does have them.

I was told by my father (who was a pharmacist) that cheese and chocolate can be a cause of migraine. My MIL used to suffer very often with migraine, and she was always eating cheese in one form or another. I tried to persuade her to keep a strict log of what she ate, when she ate it, and when the migraine first started - for a month. Then we could investigate to see if there was a pattern, but she would never do it. I think she suspected that it was cheese that was the cause, and she simply adored cheese, hence her refusal to take part ! I tell you what, I reckon she kept the aspirin manufacturers in business, and consuming all that aspirin certainly did her no favours.

I think Helen has migraines, mrsK, so I suppose you can compare notes with her when you catch her on the thread.

I hope you soon get properly better :-4

Power is a dangerous weapon that people can use to their own advantage if needed.....some people know how to control their power and try to use it carefully and fairly but others cant do that as they have to be in total control all the time and also make that fact known.Power can also be taken away and they should never forget that.

Gill at times we do not see eye to eye on things but we also have gone to help the other when we feel it is needed.You didn't deserve what happened......to stand up for a friend who you feel is being picked on is no crime and this has happened to many times now.I say good on you as you have a right to say how you feel or is it all one way traffic.What has been going on has now been brought to the notice of the person who runs this site as it dosent take alot to see that things are not right here at the moment....some of the posts say that from people that have not been here for awhile also it seems.Lets all hope things will improve from now on and be the sort of Forum that so many of us want.
