morning everyone,

got back into bed last night after posting on here and slept on and off for nearly 12hrs :-2

feeling so much better today, thank heavens. it wouldnt have got this bad if the doc i saw last week had given me some treatment in the first place:-5

very dull and overcast here today, we're promised more torrential rain and thunder today so its quite warm out there too.

i have been trying to read back but of course its pretty near impossible now :rolleyes:
