I decided to stay the night at posh van cause I was so tired and its a horrible drive in the dark. So just cat napped in the chair and here I am!!!Gotta go to London soon for some stock........mainly kids stuff I need.

I GOTTA TELL YOU SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED TO ME YESTERDAY...............

I had showerd and was blow drying my hairand I was sectioning it off with a tail comb as I was drying it then putting the comb down each time on the table while I dried that section.........suddenly I realised the comb was not there. i looked everywhere in the area and no sign of it. I called my old man in to look also as I had not moved so how the hell could it not be there???Well he looked also and still no sign of it. It was a mystery.............till later. I had to go to my bag.......which at the time had been the other side of the room and in one of the bits of the bag as I unzipped it............there was my comb.I have had many "weird" experiences in my life and some people would never believe them so I shouldnt have been surprised I guess especially when I realised something..........yesterday was the 5th August.......my late mothers birthday.......oh and just one more thing.......she had been a hairdresser..........have a nice days guysxxxxx

its not that i cant get on msn mate, i just havnt had the time. the problem i had the other day was i could get on line but couldnt get on here or anywhere else for that matter but that seems to be sorted now.

these few weeks are make it or lose it for everyone down here, the season has been pretty poor so far and winter is bleak enough here with everything shut down let alone being skint as well:(

all i do at the moment is work, sleep, shower and walk the dog,not always in that order though :wah:

hope you are keeping ok, wont be too long before things slow down and .i have more time to be on here

many men lied about their age, back then, to fight for their country didnt they ? my dad was in a japanese pow camp for three years and no one knew where he was. many of them are in unmarked graves in foreign countries too.

yet today, if they are shot at or wounded or even killed theres a full scale enquiry, compensation, they are brought back to england with full milatary honours.

how times have changed !!

im afraid i havnt got any photos to show you, i was burgled many years ago while i was on hoiday and they even took my photos out of my albums and burnt them and took the albums !!

all they left me was my fridge freezer and a full length suede coat they didnt find cos it was hanging behind a door.

Now Helen, I know you aren't deliberately trying to avoid us, but please don't overdo it Mrs. cos I doubt they would appreciate how much you are sacrificing just to keep their b....y doors open !

Joan I haven't got any pictures of my mum and dad's wedding, so I'll have to show a picture of my wedding ! Everybody in the small town where I lived then were looking forward to 'the big wedding'. My dad was a well respected business man in the area, so of course, his daughter's wedding was the 'big wedding'. There were huge crowds outside the church when we came out, it was a bit nerveracking with everybody, particularly the ladies and children, trying to get a glimpse of the bride ! Dad, of course, was very chuffed with it all ! It was a 'top hat and tails' do, and you'd never believe that dad took his hat off and went round the crowd saying he needed help to pay the bills !! Quite a lot of people donated money, putting it into his hat !!! After photos had been taken, he made an announcement to everybody that the money, which amounted to several pounds, would be donated to the local old folks home towards a christmas do for them ! I do miss my dear dad, he was such fun! By the way my mum was the only sane one of the family ! :yh_rotfl

This is me at 10 years old on holiday. Stayed with my gran at Bexhill-on-Sea, where she lived ! That's the way to do it - freebie summer hols, just before I started at the 'big school'

Some great photos popping up but Helen I was so sorry to read not only that you had been burgled but the stinkers had torn up all your photos as well, what delight they got from their actions sickens me and these photographs old and new you can never replace.

Lovely memories of the times you stayed with your Gran in Bexhill Gill and a great photo, and the wedding photo is lovely I bet you had a really super day.

Hope you will be able to snatch ten minutes later when the baby is asleep Kayley, how old is he and what have you called him ??
