glad we stuck with our decision, he had 3 speeding tickets in less than a year.......on our policy's.......neither Mike or myself have ever had any tickets nor accidents.......we are both at top rating scores with our insurance.

My whine and complain for the day....

Me and hubby went to get our truck serviced in by Chicago...we had a really good day together, but the whole day I had this gut feeling that something bad was gonna happen.

We did get Jessi's car Wednesday and had to drive it home in an ice storm. She was able to drive herself to school yesterday since we left so early in the am. That all worked out just fine. Last night she had a band concert that we weren't home in time to go, so she drove herself there. Leaving the parking lot, the lady in front of her started to go and then slammed on her brakes, and Jessi rear ended her car. No damage on the other car, but some damage on Jessi's car...the day after she got it. :-5 I've got to take it out to the body shop this morning to get an estimate on repairs. We're not turning it into insurance cuz her rate would more than triple each month. So we're gonna see how much it is and save hers and our money to fix it. It was so sad when she came home and after talking to her about what mistake she made and why she was in the wrong, her dad went into her room a little later and she grabbed onto him (two different times)and just started sobbing. It just broke my heart to see her that upset.

I was so tired last night and was eating some ice cream in my chair. I fell asleep and ended up covered in chocolate ice cream....along with my chair. What a mess!! :-5:-5

She is really a good driver and has been driving my SUV whenever she needs to go somewhere without any problems. That's what I think the main problem was, she wasn't familiar enough with the little car and for that I blame myself. When she gets home today, I'm going to make her sit in the car and play with all the gadgets so she knows exactly what is what with it. Thankfully the damage wasn't nearly as much as we thought it would be...that is a HUGE sigh of relief!!!

I'm sick of the girls at work whining about not getting 5 days. They start and can work any day and either shift. Then it goes to any day, but Sunday. Then they give you a whole freaken list.

I'm tired of calls to fix problems on my days off. I want to go to the mall and not get a call from work. I want to go to an amusement park and not get a call from work. :-5 :-5 I'm afraid to leave my phone home in case of a family emergency.

Abracadabra you're fixed!!

Sorry you're in so much pain sis...sometimes it seems like those damn injections make it worse, not better. Do what I did...get a cane. I don't use it much because I don't wanna get dependent on it. I don't use it in the house but if I know I'm going somewhere that is a lot of walking it helps tremendously. I hope you feel better soon hun!! :-4:-4

Hi Patsy! Let me warn you hun, I've had back surgery which failed to help at all and now my arthritis has spread to the joint below it. In the last 4 years I've had 20 spinal injections from 5 different pain specialists, and not one of them has helped. It's a rare thing for me to hear of anyone that has had any kind of success with these injections.

My grandma is in the hospital again and had to have emergency surgery today. She came out of it ok, but they said this is the last surgery they'll do on her and next time they will just try to make sure she's as comfortable as possible.

When we re-signed certain care-life papers last year, we made it so mom would not receive anything to keep her alive.:-1

Awwwwwwww Shel. You hang in there, hun. Doctors are, in a way, a necessary pain in the *** I do feel for you, though as you go to doctors really often. I do hope that these annoying doctors find a way to ease your pain.

Egads!!!!!. The head supervisor at work is there going over all the paperwork that I have done in the last 4 days. He said if he finds any problems he will leave me a note and then be in tomorrow to go over them. Just what I needed to make me even more tense than I already am. Help :-5

I think I did well but he may have a different idea about that. He also took my managers cashiers schedule home to tweek it a bit. She is going to be tweeked when she hears about that!!!!
