We have been to the Anzac Day march.Then went to a dinner for the Diggers & Cadets.



Our grandson recieved 3 awards today from his Commander.

I had a tear in my eye & am a very proud lady today. I am always proud of all my family but this is very special:-4



One of the awards was for bravery as he saved his mate from drowning a few weeks back.

His mate fell into some water & dislocated his shoulder & elbow & couldn't swim.

Our grandson went in after him & dragged him out of the water.

I didn't know anything about this award it was a suprise to the whole family.

His commanding officer wrote to headquarters & told them what had happened.

We are very proud of him:-4:-4

Well Bretts off to drum in the ANZAC parade in town and i'm sitting here with the youngest who has a terrible cold and is getting rather upset about a computer game.

I'm recovering from my day in the sheds I couldn't go back for the second day. I've been seeing a chiro and a physio and it was too soon to go back to work. I was in agony after 8 hours. Oh well it's a learning experience:wah:

Oh hell yer going through it girl.........hope things will improve in EVERY way for you doll.Family History is so very interesting.........trouble is I only have one parents History to go on and as the ancesters were not from this country its bloody hard.Rock Hudson was a distant cousin though......thats not his real name of course......mind you he didnt leave me in his will:(;)
