Hi all, not long been in, and I must get on and make a meal now, and I'm knack now!

When I got back there was a bit of good news, Chris is feeling a bit better but very drained. He said he may tackle some soup this evening, with a bit of bread, so that's an improvement on eating nothing for more than two days !! Drastic way to loose weight, not that he needed to and it's a good job he is very fit. We are still unaware of what it is that has hit him and we'll have to wait till next week for the tests, then however long it takes them to analyse their findings. So long as he keeps improving, I shall be happy.

Thanks to everyone for their well wishes, that meant a lot to me and to Chris.

I may be able to get back a bit later, it depends on circumstances, and also whether I fall asleep in me chair or not :rolleyes::)

Wow, that sounds like fun Carol...adore music for the 60s. Hope you have loads of fun..especially love the Union Gap's "Young girl."

My Irish cousins used to talk a bout Butlins and what fun they had there...but I though that place was in Ireland....

Yes I was greatly relieved, when I heard the news when I got back from shopping ! At least he's drunk some water today and he has now eaten some chicken soup with a bit of bread, and he is not in the excrutiating pain of the past three or four days !

Thanks Kathy, he's not out of the woods yet though. We still haven't had the tests done, but as I say at least he's eating something at last! XXX

Hi Guys......Ive been trimming one of my dogs......her fur is so lovely.....white an long but a right bleedin pain.....so I have to cut it.

Glad to hear the news about Chris Gill and hope that soon he will be back to normal as Im sure he will.

Maybe he picked this thread because it looks very busy with all those posts, and it is either at the top of the list or close to the top. It is also possible that he is not actually sitting at the bottom of this page watching. He praps hasn't logged off properly !
