I need some suggestions.

I need to come up with an ethnic dish (German or English) which I can make and send with hubby to work tomorrow.

They do have a microwave, but the whole section is bringing in something, so I'd like to not count on that.

Any thoughts?

Why just German or Engish? How about Italian?

Hubby's section has multi cultural people in it. India, Austrailians, Pakistanese, Chinese and everyone is bringing in a cultural dish to share.

I could cop out and do American, but still how to I serve it warm, if it needs to be............ I do have a crock pot.

Yes, temps are finally on the rise. Forecasting rain for later today which should help melt some more snow.

I'm still "stewing" :yh_rotfl over it.

Tomorrow beign Friday and a no meat day, it adds a bit of a challenge. I think I'm still going to make pork and kraut in the crock pot and hubby can find non meat items among the array of the other ethnic dishes that will be brought in.

I'm trying to find (on the Net) a receipe that will be complete when I put it together at home so hubby won't have to concern himself with it except to unlid it when the time comes................... Wow! What a wife I am. :yh_rotfl I AM worth more than rubies and pearls...............:-6
