Oh what a day !

Went with Chris to the doc's. Doc reckons he's got a bug ! Chris aint very well at all, and has been sleeping on and off all day. Doc told him to have light meals, but there is nothing else to do except drink plenty of fluids. At the moment Chris is feeling pretty rough - I just hope Andy doesn't get it, whatever it is, cos he just doesn't 'do ill'.

This morning I searched my wallet.

It was empty

Then, I checked my pockets.

I found a few coins...

I then searched my heart and found you guys

Then, I realised how rich I really am...

Thanks for being my friend when at times it seems nobody cares

I feel the same way about all of the FG members. I just love logging onto our site....it's like comin home to talk with my brothers, sisters, moms, dads and children. Everyone in our garden is so special to me, and I feel blessed to be invited into this forum:-4 Sleep tight luv....I'm makin my rounds wishing all a good night:p

let me stop and say something serious for a moment. I'm speaking as Rhonda now, not as Hope. Putting all the playing, jokeing, flirting and tarting aside, I feel very blessed to have found Forum Garden. I've met some wonderful people in here, and made some great friends and although we carry on a bunch of junk sometimes, let me just say I have grown to love many people in here, and i know you will always be my friends no matter how much carrying on we do. This will always be a place i can come to if i need a kind word or someone to listen.:-4

Finished half my ironing so thought I would pop in for a sec and now I have tears in my eyes. Yes we are all family on this thread and of course we joke around but we are always there for each other when needed. Carol and I ahve known each other for many years and we have been there for each other through the good times and the bad times and I treasure her friendship as I do with you all. I decided to watch the footie tonight, it was a very good match ! Man United showed Roma how to do it :wah: Footie that is Kay, before you say anything !!!

Chris and Andy went to play snooker tonight, and they went in Chris's little Reliant three wheeler car, just so I would not be worried about it outside here if yobs came by when Chris and Andy were out. Well Andy went outside the club door to have a quick smoke and noticed a yob walkin round the parked Reliant, which was across the road and about 50 yards away. Andy was at the top of a flight of steps and watched this yob go round the car, look in the windows, then disappear round the corner of a wall on this carpark. Andy was just about to go back into the club when he noticed the yob return with three or four others, and they proceeded to rock the Reliant ! Andy (my son) saw them and shouted 'OY' at the top of his bellow, and went tearing down these steps --- the others in the club heard Andy's bellow and dashed out as well, just in time to see the yobs high tailing it away and out of sight. Andy and Chris went to check the car was OK, Andy had murder in his heart, but fortunately there was no damage to the car. They went back to the club, quickly finished the frame and came away before the yobs returned. Shame that they had to come away an hour earlier than they needed to because of the low-life that seems to be on the increase all over the place. I wouldn't say that Andy was really furious - all he said to his Dad was

' If people are polite to me, I'll be polite back, but if they give me attitude I'll give them plastic surgery !!'

They thought the car would be safer down near the club !!:rolleyes:

morning everyone,

well, i fought off my "terminal " illness yesterday and went to work a bit earlier, got into bed at 1-30pm slept til 5pm, had a shower and went to darts, got in at 11-30pm and slept til 9am this morning.

feling loads better now but i've got through nearly a whole toilet roll blowing me nose. i shall look like rudolf soon.

no rest for the wicked, off to work again now. see you all later.:-4

Hello there Hope ! At this precise moment it is nearly 1 pm. I think Carol was working today (Thursday 3rd April), so doubt she will be able to get on for at least another 2 hours, if then because I believe she was going to her VVVPV after work.

I haad a good time at the van,, ( dont look very much like you missed me:-1);) Sheila loves it there but is like a dog demented when we take her out cos of all the bloomin squirrels rabbits and pheasants runnign around.She is doing much better at waiting now though, if we stop outside a shop or sit outside somewhere for a drink or a coffee, we have even booked her in to the vets up there in a coule of weeks time to have her op.
