Typical Autumn here. Sun, rain, wind,chilly and the nights are drawing in !

Woke up and it was a chilly 40 degrees, just took my lunch break and went outside and it was a perfect 75 with sunny skys and a gentle breeze. Its supposed to rain here all evening though and be cool the rest of the week.

I went to Boston years ago and found it quite the lovely city, lots of great people, scenery and a slow paced life.

haha depends on which Cheers you go to

It is a great city espeically in spring when the gardens are in bloom. As for slow paced life....I wouldnt agree with that haha everybody is in a rush to get somewhere and the trains are always packed with grumpy commuters.

Was a perfect day for mowing, blowing leaves and football.

:wah: Now that sounds like my husband-mowing through the remote channels, blowing remorsely and loudly for every football play going bad right now.

Yes it was, especially when several windows were left open overnight. :wah:

I did do that this morning, cut back more perrenials and covered up two new bushes with burlap.

I will have to start the leaf blowing soon as well.

last week I brought in all my crazy things I stick in the gardens, cleared of the front portch that had planters and chairs.

have fun with leaf blowing....here..it never ends...just so many huge trees everywhere.

12C and overcast

We went from 90F last Thursday to 50F on Sunday. I was frozen and put my heat on. It was still so cold and damp that I had to put on my extra special fuzzy warm robe and fuzzy socks to keep my feet warm:wah:

I have to go out this weekend and buy a new electric blanket:-6

Have a feeling that this is going to be a bad winter...bummer...

AHHHHHHHHHH the weather. so awesome today. 74f. dropping to the high 40's tonite. but i am sure will have one more hot spell before summer high tails it. but we are still in a drought. no rain in sight.

Bugger! we're just getting over 8 years of full on drought . I'ts kind of funny because they built a desalination plant and now we won't need it. lol lol lol Well not anytime soon .

so cold in Singapore.I hate this weather=.=
