Oh Good Morninging Everyone:)Peeing down of rain here:(I have to go into Colchester in a couple of hours time and wait in the car for somebody while they go to the hospital.........I could be there hours:-5 and I aint going walkin around in this rain and its a nitemare getting parked there................grrrrrrrrrrrrrr:-5:mad:

wet and windy here today but its sposed to get better later.

got my early night last night !! fell asleep with the putor and the telly still on

i got married, for the 2nd time ( well everyone is allowed one ruddy mistake :-5 ) in colchester registry office.

Aw Kay, that's the trouble with what you do, you get so involved with the little tots, it must be heartbreaking - I'm afraid I just could not do it !!:-4

Carol, I sympathise with you mate, if I am involved with a hospital visit, I just have to cancel all other activities for the day because you just cannot allow for the time waiting to be seen, and if there is treatment involved, you may as well take packed meals for up to 24 hours, and plenty of reading matter!! :rolleyes:

morning gill,

i find our hospital is pretty good for time keeping, except for A and E which is only to be expected.

the longest part of it is the ruddy bus journey :-5 a two and a half hour round trip for what was a ten minute visit with the doc on tuesday !!!!!!!!!!!!!

it takes about 15/20 mins in a car.

Back from my trip to visit a special needs school in Tamworth.

I really admire those lovely kids,some of them I just wanted to bring home with me:-4:-4

They are the lovliest ,kind,loving people I have ever met.

I love my work.

Catch up with you tomorrow,I am tired,not much sleep last night,but it was worth it:-4:-6

Hi mrsK, so glad you had such a fulfilling visit. I have great admiration for all these people who devote their time to helping these special needs children. They have to be a certain type of person, with an infinite amount of patience and understanding, and compassion.

HI all hope you are all ok today:-6 its cold wet and windy here:rolleyes: Well been to docs this morning, i have to go back next week for some blood tests etc. but he dont think its anything that bad, probably just dependant oedema, which is just skight wter retention due to my veins not working as efficiantly as they used to. he said with he amount of excercising im doing now with taking the dog out i shuold eventually start to feel better,,,,never said how long that would take though:sneaky:

Hi Kaz ! Glad it's not too serious, apparently. I bet it would also help if you put your legs up for a while after your walks. I think the Doc is hedging his bets till the results get back after your blood test Mrs. I expect at the moment he is making an educated guess till then. Well let's hope the results come back OK for you.

Oh its awful and no I cant take that anytime. Also I dont give a damn what other people say.... I think its cruel and nobody will ever change my mind.Some years ago I was shown some pictures of them being skinned alive for obvious reasons.The day I agree with people that its for the best is the day my feelings for innocent creatures is no longer and quite honestly I wont like that person very much.

My little guy loves those creatures and has several stuffed ones. It just galls me when I see people wearing the real fur of animals. They look gawdy to me.

No need to wear it babe.....there is such good fakes around...........fur is meant to be on an animal not a human.I even saw ih the warehouse little furry fluffy toys..........made with REAL fur...............
