You stay there Carol, cos all you get near built up areas is this sort of thing most nights !!! And that is in a decent residential area, and the police seem powerless, or incapable of doing anything about it !!

My daughter just saw the Spice Girls back in February. Today is another busy day doing the spring cleaning. I should get an estimate from a housepainter to do the outside of my bedroom windows - what a mess they are.

That's where I live, in the suburbs. It's a very nice residential area, and the pillocks come in from other areas to be a pain away from their own homes. Ranting at the tops of their voices, gettin pissed, damaging stuff, generally being totally anti-social. Many nights we're on tenterhooks - we have a cctv which has our cars on camera, one of them is a three wheel Reliant Rialto, and they think it a huge joke to roll it over ! We had to replace one of them cos the damage was too costly to repair, good job the insurance covered it !:-5:-5:mad:

You were lucky insurance wise. I had my back window smashed in with a baseball bat but the deductible was the same as the repair. The nice part was the window guy came right to the house.

Goodness theres some toerags about:-5:-5:-5:mad::sneaky:

As for painting my own windows, I'll probably fall out the window and break my arm or head instead:wah:

Jonesy, im having trouble here,.......... I honestly thought what happened was just a serious adult, honest, polite conversation, and im sorry but we love to come here and have fun, but yes we do sometimes get serious. Thinking about it now i suppose maybe you felt a bit uncomfortable having to justify yourself, but i dont think there was any intent from anyone to make you feel that way, just as it is not your intent to make others feel suspicious of your choice not to reveal personal stuff, and yes it is your choice. Its just human nature, to be curious, people cant help the way they feel sometimes, and i think its ok to be straight and honest about how you feel sometimes, and as far as i can see thats all that occured. Also, we are people too Jonesy, we are here to talk to each other and have fun and be of support if needed, and like i said earlier sometimes discuss issues, ( where we actually do disagree with each other sometimes) we are not here for yours or anyone elses entertainment, so im sorry if we dissapointed you.
