That's lovely Ducky..Hubby must love you for that:-6

Just bought a crock pot yesterday and now have to figure out how to cook with it. I'm not crazy about lots of meat, but I do love chicken, port loin and veggies.

Gooseberrypatch.com has a really good crockery cookbook or check out borders.com for crockery cookbooks. You will come to love your new toy. I've got a huge one and a smaller one.

No. I did make spaghetti in the crock once but it was a culinary disaster. I usually make lots of meats in it. Just bought some stew meat for a recipe.

Try the spag pie. Just take your left over, dressed spag and add 3 eggs and mix. Then add 1/2 of this mixture to a 9 in. skillet and pat down. Add your fav toppings meat, cheese..yadda...yadda and then add rest of spag. Cook until brown on bottom and then flip (I turn the pot and flip onto a place and place back in skillet) Brown on other side and let cool....Cut it like you would a quiche. Makes 4 lovely servings....yummy:-6

KE, at least the end of the day is near and hopefully he doesn't have to come back to your house. I wonder why he is blabbing so much when he should be working? Too bad the company he works for didn't send a helper with him.

I agree.....couldn't believe he was alone...it seems like a big job to me, but he's working away very hard. I'll take a pic of the tubfitter after your daughter has clocked him and he's in the bay:wah:

Slow going today Kathy Ellen. Did way too much over the weekend. Babe and I took a cat nap when she got home from work :p so I just put a beef roast in our pressure cooker to have for dinner tonight with carrots, potatoes, and buttered noodles, that will be ready in 30 minutes. :)

It's good the weather is nice today if you have to shower outdoors. I see on the weather channel that by weeks end the colder temperatures are coming back.
