Linguini with Clam Sauce I came home early starving so I did something quick.. YUMMMY!!! ;)

Tomorrow I'm planning something simple like tuna melts with bacon, cheese and fresh Jersey tomatoes on English muffins. Maybe a side salad.

That sounds really good !



I guess Ill throw a pork roast in the crock pot.

The bakery makes these yummy onion rolls and when theyre griddled theyre good enought to eat by themselves.

Anyway pulled pork sandwiches w/ potato salad.

I made a homemade pizza with pepperoni & mushrooms last night. Tomatoes marinated in Gazebo Room dressing with mozzarella cheese & fresh basil were my side dish. YUM!!

Not sure what to have tonight. But I'll probably go over to my friend's place for dinner anyway. She has her kids this weekend. What normally ends up happening is she buys the ingredients & I do the cooking!! What can I say... they love my cooking! :-6

Had it at the pub......turkey...beef....roast pots...new pots....cauliflower cheese....carrots....peas...cabbage...yorky and lots of gravy:D

Its just a milky sauce really with flour and butter added and a bit of salt and pepper to season,,, oh and chopped parsley of course:D

I got a basil plant at the grocery store, but apparently, my cat loves the taste of it.... :mad:

Since Observer is just having a can of soup and Ducky is not cooking today!:p I will be going over to Idgie's for dinner tonight let's say around 5 or so if thats good for you and ps i will bring a fine bottle of wine. :-4
