The Bills have just beat the Cheeseheads. yay.

Fireworks still going off here too. My two are fast asleep we've just got back from watching the big firework display. Beautiful evening for it and an excellent display, pity I had to go and burn my thumb on a sparkler!

We are going to rent X-Men 3 off pay per view in 15 minutes. Dinner and a movie...plus a couple of candles. How much more romantic can one get??

I just thought of that since I have a sink full of dishes. I made hamhocks and beans and cornbread and fried potatoes. Now I have a lot to clean. I know I would not bother anyone who is doing it for me. Heeeeee.

Yes. I would trade for her over any of these Republicans we have here that are supposed to be representing us. Istook is a mormon and is heading the transportation committee and he does nothing for us in his home state but is taking good care of Utah. Now he is running for the governors job here. We have a good governor here for the first time in years and he is a Democrat. He got us a lottery and is trying to get the minimum wage raised. He cut taxes and got teachers pay raised.

Heeeeeeee. ONe day a big shot from an oil company came into our office with his photographer on the way to take pics of one of their cars and he saw our secretary multitasking. He asked her if they could snap her pic. They set her up with a phone in each ear and typing at the same time. She really did type and talk on the phone a lot.

So true. My son was 28 and I figured he was going to carry on after I was gone but fate stepped in and he was killed in a car crash. Dont miss a chance to let those know you love them.

Two weeks ago, I wrote and delivered the Eulogy for my 90 year old aunt. i was also a paul bearer.

I belong to a unit for retireees and we lose so many members. Its a task to keep new ones joining. I feel sad for each of them. Only thing to ease the loss is to know they made the most they could of their lives. My Mom was 94 so had a good run. She was a hard worker. Raised five kids and a lot of that time was before automatic washing machines and dryers. She cooked three square meals a day and had no dishwasher.

i filled up the whole front page with guppys. ha!! always wondered if i could do that. ta duh!!!!
