It's actually not that bad... some folks even have cravings for the nori sheets... it just sounds bad. :p

You could easily do a roll-up with just about anything, though... rice paper, phyllo, tortilla shells, flat bread...

I have been soooo hungry for BLTs!! But my daughter gave me 4 HUGE chicken breasts & they had to be made because they were thawed. So, I'm soon gonna start clucking!!

I cooked them all. They're in the fridge. Gonna soon make chicken caesar salad w/penne pasta. Got the ingredients the other night. Don't care for chicken salad. Maybe stir fry with some of it too. :-3
