Good question Minks. I think I forgive offenses toward me more easily than I forgive an offense someone commited against someone I love. Does that make sense?

What's the longest you ever held a grudge?

HAH about 2 weeks. I am good at justifying others actions and to avoid controversy, I can let it go after I talk to myself long enough about it.

Do you have any family members you refuse to talk to?

Normally I charge a flat rate of $500 per summer run, KingT - and do two sessions on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and just one session on other weekdays. In winter I have to ask $750 and retain the right to wear those strapless stick on sandals FG discovered . Can schedule a special run, just for you, perhaps by full moon, if you like.

GUFFFFFAW on the last. I've had a couple of trips to New Zealand, beautiful place, and came close to marrying an Aucklander once long long ago. (I'd have made a TERRIBLE farmer's wife!!!) but I'm a fair dinkum, true blue aussie of the usual mongrel variety - a bit of German, a bit of French, a bit of Irish and a bit of I think Devonish.

Is your man servant called Brian by any chance?? Only there is this drop dead gorgeous hunk banging on my window as I type, and he's lugging a big case labelled gold bullion ????????

That's a FINE question.....I'd change the last conversation I had with my first husband....who knew he'd be dead before I had another chance to say "I've loved you, despite all our differences...?

Tell me something NOBODY ELSE KNOWS......(I promise I'll never tell!)

Doesn't somebody else always know something that makes up to everything in totality? Ok then ...... I wanted to have sex with every woman I met .... OK, but don't don't spread it around ?:-6

[Spoken] It's a very ancient saying,

But a true and honest thought,

That if you become a teacher,

By your pupils you'll be taught.

[Singing] As a teacher I've been learning --

You'll forgive me if I boast --

And I've now become an expert,

On the subject I like most.

[Spoken] Getting to know you.

[Singing] Getting to know you,

Getting to know all about you.

Getting to like you,

Getting to hope you like me.

Getting to know you,

Putting it my way,

But nicely,

You are precisely,

My cup of tea.

[ANNA AND THE MOTHERS]

Getting to know you,

Getting to know all about you.

Getting to like you,

Getting to hope you like me.

Getting to know you,

Putting it my way,

But nicely,

You are precisely,

[ANNA]

My cup of tea.

[ALL]

Getting to know you,

Getting to feel free and easy

When I am with you,

Getting to know what to say

Haven't you noticed

Suddenly I'm bright and breezy?

Because of all the beautiful and new

Things I'm learning about you

Day by day.

Getting to know you,

Getting to feel free and easy

When I am with you,

Getting to know what to say

Haven't you noticed

Suddenly I'm bright and breezy?

Because of all the beautiful and new

Things I'm learning about you

That would be about 7 or 8 months ago and the guy's name is Jay. He's one of those "magazine ordained" ministers. We were at a lounge listening to the band that would be playing for my friend's wedding. Jay was soused when I got there and a few hours later, he stood up and loudly told everyone that he'd been "drivin' drunk for 30 f***in' years and hadn't had an accident yet!"

He said "I've had 13 beers and 3 daiquiris and I'm just fine!" I hated him instantly. Not because he was a lush but because he's supposed to be a man of God (ok, somewhat anyway) and yet he gets boozed up and takes everyone's life into his hands. And this jerk was the minister at my friend's wedding! :-5

:) With strangers, anywhere from not at all to a slight healthy degree. I don't go out of my way to please but I do try to be reasonable.

With friends and family, yes, very much. It's important to me to be seen by my loved ones and friends as an upright, fairly decent person. I try anyway. :o
