That sounds yummy chonsi! I make a dish with those ingredients. I call it chicken penne pasta with broccoli & parmesian. I add garlic to it too. My friends LOVE it! Mix all the ingredients together with a bit of olive oil & sprinkle the parmesan on each serving. I don't use the grated parm though. I buy the bag of shredded.

I went out with my friend last evening for dinner & was very disappointed. I ordered a salad sort of like a chef salad, but slightly different. It was horrible. I ended up not having to pay for it.

My other friend's making me shrimp scampi tonight! :-6

my hubby works off shore. oil platform, rig. so he is gone 6 mos. a year. so i only cook 6 mos.

so i freeze a lot of left over or have a salid. whatever floats my boat that evening.:p
