Well, it snowed a bit today here, but not much, though the mountains are covered. Its a warm 4 degrees celcius so not so cold, I love the winter!

Some of Cornwall has ground to a halt because of the snow!

Not here though, we had a flurry here at teatime, but it's all gone now, it's currently raining heavily with some hailstones thrown in for good measure.

Stranded motorists make way home

Hundreds of people are making their way home after spending the night stranded by blizzards and ice.

And in Armagh, Miruna Popescu captured the snow falling on the dark cathedral city. --------so pretty!

It's been really windy today with damage to property on the south coast....when the rain comes, it's like 'stair rods'. I've posted a photo that someone took of a sunset over roof tops in Hove where my daughter lives. ....just shows that you don't have to be in the country to see the spectacular effects of nature.

That pic IS cool! But I hate the cold rain in my face! Totally ruins a good mood!:(
