I don't use facebook except for immediate family, kids and grandkids, don't ya know? So I don't run across the kind of crap you folks are posting in this thread very often. Between that, you and spot fighting, snooze and spot starting up, jj being the voice of reason and poor bb's repeated attempts to pull it all back- sorry - it tickled my funny-bone. I'll try not to let it happen again.
As for Odie. I ignore her posts pretty much most of the time. I do the same with some other folks too. If there is a site issue I can answer when she posts it, I do. Otherwise I tend to breeze right past her posts.
I think it's great that you guys are buds again. I hope you folks are welcoming Gill back into the fold also. Life is too short. My son has a facebook account-and has had a "disagreement" with a real life friend, plastered on both pages. (the subject for arguement was ludicrous) I did not appreciate being warned last night to lock the front foor and not let him in-another reason not to have a facebook account for me.
Are things like this common on social sites-where they talk, argue, go on and on, and I will admit am amazed when smart phones are set to ping when a comment is posted on their page. I sat in a meeting this week when a phone pinged, and am rude enough to look next to me to see it said FACEBOOK on the screen. I thought, how silly, something like a post on a page can wait until after the meeting. If it was a life threatening emergency, I would expect a phone call.
