I never really expected you to apologise to anyone because its not in your make-up. It would show a sense of humanity which in turn could be mistaken for weakness. As admin with the need to delve, weakness would never do.

Perhaps I am missing the gist of what you are saying ... Do you mean that if a man's past conduct has been unbecoming, then you can falsely accuse him of any actions you wish and call him a liar when he is at the time of the accusation innocent of these things? Then when it is proven that you were wrong, you as an officer and a gentleman do NOT feel obliged to apologise? What fake branch of chivalry do you subscribe to Sir Spot?

It's always me me me, JJ. It's not about you at all, I was investigating the Lady J account, that being the source of the lie and the suspect server use. Where do you figure in that other than as historical precedent?

I am a member of Forum Garden because I choose to be a member. I will probably remain a member until I am banned again, which given my history is certainly within the bounds of possibility. Of course some things pop our cork more readily than others and we are inclined to rush into battle like bulls in a china shop. There are always so many guests lurking in the background, but always so few who jump in and join the fray. Guess that is our fault for making FG seem much more boring than it actually is, instead of making it a place people should be clamouring to join.

Why are you beating this so much, it makes me suspicious! Certain things you did in the past are always going to ring alarm bells when similar occurrences happen. Why don't you calm down, stop going on about dragging an apology out of Spot, he admitted he got it wrong and from there on in it's been like watching a school playground with one child with a pouting lip digging his heels in refusing to move until the other one says the exact words he wants to hear, and with feeling!

I am not loyal to any particular member here at all JJ, if I read this thread and felt Spot was totally in the wrong for being suspicious I would tell him so in a more severe manner than I have directed towards you in this thread. I don't do favouritism even though Spot is a fellow mod and a friend in real life, when I feel he is in the wrong he gets an out and out mouthful with no holding back from me.

What you are not realising is that your history of behaviour on here will never go away unless you quietly carry on and prove us all wrong, trust takes time to be earned that's all.

I wasn't referring to the thread you started, jj, merely the part that I highlighted. It seemed to contradict a later post by you about a gentleman's conduct not depending on history.

Since my return to Forum Garden, I have tried very hard to conform. I have acknowledged my past mistakes and apologised for them. I have had little or no contact with Forum Garden Members other than on the open Boards. I have Private Messaged only two members ... Miss Boop, to apologise to her for intruding on a Thread she posted and FuzzyWuzzy to ask her if she is the same lady who was here before. Other than those two messages I have confined my inter-action here to the Forums.

Now, first off I never ever did “pretend” to be someone else. To me, pretending to be someone else means that you at any given time operate two or more accounts simultaneously. What I did was to register as someone under another name. It was still me Jj, but I was in another guise.

I think you asked “why” I did this. I did it because I chose to do it.

This is a Social Forum and not The Old Bailey. (For American Members, The Central Criminal Court in England is commonly known as the Old Bailey from the street in which it stands. It is a court building in central London, one of a number of buildings housing the Crown Court.)

So what I did was not a crime, it did not in any way whatsoever cause Forum Garden to register a loss of any kind, or cause members to leave, or cause members to blame Forum Garden for any of my actions. What I did could at the worst be considered a prank, childish I admit, but nevertheless a prank & nothing more.

In fact not long after I was banned the last time, many members, especially Americans left Forum Garden for other Boards. I am not silly or arrogant enough to believe that this had anything to do with me, but it might be interesting and revealing to know how the Forum Garden Admin interpreted this exodus.

For any member of Forum Garden who is wondering what "other people" I was in the past, here is a list just so it’s on record. This is a complete list and despite anything anyone may have read/heard to the contrary, this is the full and final list. Also it is the last time I am gonna discuss the "multiple personae" thingee.
