I think the whole show is a fix. How does the general public really know that the phone votes are genuine? It is unbelievable that decent singers have been kicked off when those twats are still there. None of the singers this time are anything like as good as any of the singers from last year anyway ffs. And there has been nobody to touch Leona Lewis since she won !

Quite surprised to be saying this but i actually thought the twins done Rock DJ really well last night. Its the first time ive thought they were ok. I think Simon was right, neither the twins or Lucy have any chance of winning so it did not really matter who went. Fro and the young boy should be up for eviction next week, it wont matter which of them go either as none of them can win.

I too wonder how much might be fixed, Gill.

If she had the public vote she would not be gone, but she did not, so there you go, gone.
I watch my kids as they watch the show, because kids are the ones who call in. You cannot apply adult logic to this program, it is not based on talent or logic, it is based on the emotion of the moment, nothing more.
Do you know how Lucie messed up?
According to my expert teenagers.
On Saturday night after her song, when she spoke, she spoke just like that other goofy talking one, she sounded just like her. The two of them are hanging out and Lucie is starting to sound like her. The first thing my 14 year old daughter said was, ‘Oh my God, did you hear her???, she will be gone tomorrow’.
Does that make sense??
I don’t know, go ask a teenager.
The one main thing that I am not liking this year, is first of all that stupid x-tra factor, which we avoid at all costs watching.
The show is way too interactive, the result is that like never before contestants are getting hate mail. Are worried about ‘backlashes’ as that dumb blond, egocentric dig-bat presenter talks about.
The show is going downhill, even my teenagers are starting to not like it as much. It is becoming like another Britain’s Got Talent.

I agree. No she should not! And for the sake of those two? Not watching it anymore. It's gone way too far. When real talent is let go for the sake of ratings, then the show is not worth the airspace.

It's all such a fix ! How can we know how the phone votes have really gone ? Besides, apparently in the press, there's a report that the Irish voters can vote on the internet for free !! So each person can vote as often as they like, so guess who will get voted through each week !!!!
Well at least Stacey is still there, and Joe !

I am not sorry to see Jamie go, he was limited and besides, no self respecting rock star is found through a talent competition.
What he needs to do now is go find a band that he can front for and be their lead singer.

I agree with you ! Maybe Simon Cowell will help him out there because I think Simon feels Jamie could sell a few records !

Yayyyyyyyyyy! Gawd, they were dreadful in the sing-off ! I don't think the judges dared to keep them in and get rid of Olly ! They couldn't reach the lower notes, and they were more off-key than on. They just showed themselves to be the tone deaf pair that they really are ! :yh_rotfl:guitarist:guitarist:yh_rotfl

pmsl at the banter ive missed previously.
I had a feeling Joe would win it, but still feel his voice is so soft not sure how long he will last. Olly will deffo get a place in show business what an entertainer. And Stacey im sure will get some contract too.
Think its Britains Got Talent next hehehe
